What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product. The minimum is shown on every product page and applied automatically in your cart.
How long does production take?
Most printing orders are produced in 3–10 working days after you approve the artwork proof. Ready-stock items are sent sooner. Need it urgently? WhatsApp us and we will do our best.
Do you provide artwork design?
Yes. Send us your logo (AI, PDF, PNG or high-resolution JPG) and text, and we will prepare a free digital proof for your approval. Nothing is printed until you confirm.
How much is delivery in Klang Valley?
Orders in KL, Selangor and Putrajaya are delivered by Lalamove or Grab. The fee depends on distance and parcel size, so we confirm it with you on WhatsApp after you order. Free self-pickup in Petaling Jaya can be arranged on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver outside Klang Valley?
Yes, we courier to all states in Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak. The courier fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
How do I pay?
We accept online bank transfer (including DuitNow) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Payment details are shown at checkout and on your order page. Upload your receipt at checkout or later from the order page.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
Yes, for most printed items. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange one.
Do you issue invoices and quotations for companies?
Yes. We issue official quotations and invoices under your company name. Just fill in your company name at checkout, or WhatsApp us for a formal quotation first.
