Klang Valley (KL, Selangor, Putrajaya)
We deliver within Klang Valley using Lalamove or Grab Express. Because the fee depends on distance and parcel size, we confirm it with you via WhatsApp after you place your order. Free self-pickup in Petaling Jaya can be arranged during business hours: WhatsApp us for the pickup point.
Outstation (all other states)
Orders outside Klang Valley are sent by courier. The fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order:

Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch for West Malaysia and 3–7 working days for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
Production time
Delivery takes place after production, which typically takes 3–10 working days from artwork approval and payment verification, depending on the product.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your parcel upon receipt and report any damage or shortage within 3 days, with photos, via WhatsApp.
